What is Ethos? The goal of Westwood is to develop growing disciples of Jesus Christ. In order to accomplish that mission, there has to be a plan or a process in place. Our first step is to create a culture at Westwood that values the right things... the things God values. Ethos is a series which will introduce Westwood's process. Ethos is defined as "the fundamental character or spirit of a culture; the underlying sentiment that informs the beliefs, customs, or practices of a group or society." (wikipedia) We plan for this to be a full-focus series for six-weeks. It will be the focus of our worship events, personal devotions, and all ABS classes and Home Groups. Back |
